职位描述
Job Description:
- To make monthly VAT tax return.
- To be responsible for monthly online filing, including input VAT filing.
- To be responsible for internal bank transfer, ensure tax bank account has enough money to pay monthly VAT, IIT & local levy.
- To purchase VAT invoice from local tax authority.
- To issue VAT invoice to intercompany party (JV).
- To responsible for annual tax filing.
- To reconcile Balance Sheet items, ensure the balances are correct and reconciled with third party (bank, intercompany, vendor etc.)
- To ensure quarterly service fee settlement with JV GHB/IPMI, HK, SG, THA.
- To manage outstanding invoices.
- To support making journals and filing journals.
- To support CDSS month end closing.
Others：
- To support Finance Project.
- Ad hoc work assigned.
Job Requirement:
- A bachelor degree in either Accounting or Finance is required,
- 3 to 5 years experience in accounting or tax field;
- Preferably with 3 years or more in insurance industry;
- A strong understanding of local statutory accounting and tax regulations.
- Good English and Chinese communication capability;
- Solid experience in accounting or tax function;
- Detail oriented;
- Preferably familiar with Oracle finance system;
- High degree of work ethics and integrity.
