职位描述
? Responsible for the delivery of professional HR services and advice to the business, with a particular focus in recruitment, sourcing, employee relations, training, performance management, people development and other ad hoc assignment;
? Handle staff issues and cases including but not limited to disputes, disciplinary actions, and interact with the statutory bodies in relation to staff issues to ensure legal compliance;
? Promote productive and harmonious employee relations throughout the company through establishing platforms for effective communication between management and staff to facilitate mutual understanding and identify areas for continuous improvement;
? Assist to review and implement HR policies and procedures of the Company;
? Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the supervisor
KEY COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree or above in Business, Human Resources or equivalent with 7 years or above human resources experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment focus;
? Hands-on experience in the implementation and roll out of an employee review and development process would be an advantage;
? Hands-on experience in training including training need analysis, conduction and coordination definitely a plus;
? Detailed minded and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
? Enjoy team work, responsible and proactive, with pleasant personality;
? Good communication in both written and spoken English
