Mission 任务
Lead and manage all departments including RetailingSales, BD, Marketing, Sourcing and Logistic to achieve company’s targets.
Main Responsibilities 主要职责
- Make the development strategy of retailing, management proposal of stores and projects to reach the sales target.
- Setting up targets for sales team
- Evaluate and manage the own stores, make reports and carry out the action plan.
- Follow up the key accounts of project to ensure the good service.
- Warehouses management, inventory management.
- Involve in developing and refining marketing plan.
Experience/Education Required 任职资格
- Above bachelor degree, majored in sales & marketing, business administration or related.
- Above ten years working experience in retail, five years working experience in management is needed.
- Be familiar with the sales mode of brand or perdurable consumable.
- Channel, brand stores or big projects experience are preferred.
- Mature, pay attention to build up persons with ability.
- Fluent English in oral.
