职责描述：
1、编制并审核房地产开发项目的概、预、结算，主要负责土建预结算或成本分析；
2、参与项目合同管理，审核变更签证费用；
3、收集项目成本信息，分析项目投资执行情况。
职位要求：
1、工民建或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上房地产公司相关工作经验，集团公司同等职位2年以上经验；
3、在土建预结算或成本分析方面能够独挡一面，熟练使用相关软件；
4、可以承受一定的工作强度和压力，有团队合作精神，可以适应短期出差。
