1. 根据公司客户资源，开展电话邀约，了解目标客户的需求；
2. 为客户提供准确与专业的行业信息；
3. 电话跟进客户，协助销售促进成单；
4. 主动与同事进行经验交流与分享，不断提高自己的能力；
5. 接听400电话，为潜在客户提供在线咨询与服务。

职位要求：

1.普通话标准，心态积极，性格开朗，有责任心；
2.有良好的表达能力，反应灵敏，能够很好地与客户沟通，良好的客户服务意识；
3.有很好的学习能力，团队意识强，能很好的配合领导工作；
4.男女不限，具备呼叫中心工作经验，(客服类，邀约类，汽车类相关经验者，优先岗位职责) ；
5.能适应轮班制度。
