职责描述 :

1.全面负责集团整体组织发展管理工作，完善和维护相关制度和系统；
2.根据公司战略，制定人员计划，实施人才盘点，发展组织力量缺口；
3.发挥协调和沟通的能力，疏通员工发展通道，推动人才的流动，提升重点人才发展速度；
4.学习新的组织发展管理工具、持续提高管理的质量；
5.指导性支持下属产业板块和成员企业的人才发展管理工作，提供专业咨询服务。

职位要求:

1、人力资源、组织心理学或企业管理等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
2、10年以上企业管理工作经验，3年以上组织发展管理模块管理岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉和掌握组织发展管理的新观念、系统和工具；
4、了解国家行政管理法规及人事法规和规章制度；
5、优秀的职业操守和习惯，实事求是，谨守承诺；
6、系统性思维能力强、逻辑思维清晰、严谨，娴熟灵活的沟通交流技巧和良好的团队合作意识；
7、熟练掌握计算机OA基本操作，较强的文字组织能力，较好的英语读写能力。
