Role Purpose

Design and execute a systematic approach to assure best service quality being delivered from China CS workshops to our customers. Collaborate with HQ to apply Brand specific working procedures and quality standards into our daily operation. Leverage statistical and analytical tools to recognize and solve issues. Cooperate with Tech Support Dept. to provide valid feedback on product quality issues for HQ to refer and improve.

设计并执行一个系统性的方法,确保从中国客服部维修车间交到顾客手中的服务与产品都要有最好的服务质量。与总部协作、将各个品牌的工作程序与质量标准落实在我们的日常工作中。运用统计与分析工具来发掘并解决问题。与技术支持部合作,提供总部有效的质量信息反馈,供其参考并改善。

ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. Build a systematic working pattern, to monitor and assist improve quality of product and service. 建立系统化的工作模式,监测并协助提升产品服务的质量

1. Build a quality assurance system within CS organization, to allow CSCC, Branch Offices and CFS follow and execute. CS组织内部建立一套系统化的品质保证体系,让CSCC、分公司与品牌直营店能够遵行。

2. Establish a set of metrics which can objectively reflect the service quality; assist to deploy all efforts to improve quality performance through closely monitoring these indexes. 设立一套客观反映服务质量的指标,透过持续监测来协助开展关于提升质量的所有努力。 30%

B. Apply the standard working procedures/ performance metrics from each Brand HQ onto every service process.将各个品牌总部的标准工作程序与性能规范落实在每个维修的过程

1. Collect all service working processes and performance standards from Brand HQ, conduct necessary analysis and consolidation. 收集各个总部关于维修的工作流程与性能标准,做出必要分析与汇总。

2. Provide strategies and suggestions; assist functional managers to apply above mentioned into every workshop, every step of service procedures. 提出策略与建议,协助各主管将这些流程与标准落实在每一个车间、每一步维修与检测的流程。 25%

C. Leverage scientific, statistical, and analytical tools to recognize, locate and solve issues. 运用科学化的统计分析工具,找到、确认问题并加以解决。

1. Utilize all related QA tools, to recognize, locate issues, and be responsible to provide the solution/ suggestion which can solve issues. 使用各种相关的品保工具,发现、确认并主导提出能够解决问题的建议方案。

2. Once the issue has been solved, provide a logical case summary to secure the result, to avoid repeated failures or intermittent failures. 一旦问题解决后,提出具备逻辑性的总结报告,巩固解决成果,避免问题再犯或间歇发生。 25%

D. Cooperate with Tech Support Dept. to build a close-loop process for quality info feedback, so that the HQ can refer and improve. 与技术支持部合作,建立闭环的质量问题反馈流程,让品牌总部得以参考并改善。

1. Cooperate with Tech Support Dept., build a close-loop product quality info feedback system together within CS organization. 与技术支持部合作,共同在CS组织内部建立一个闭环的产品质量信息反馈流程。

2. Establish a close working connection with related function in each Brand HQ, feedback and monitor all info communicated, make sure the product quality could be improved before shipping out from manufactories. 与各个品牌总部的负责单位建立紧密的工作联系,反馈信息并持续追踪,确保产品质量在总部出厂之前能够得到有效改善。 20%

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS (职位要求)

Industry / domain

§ Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing industry

§ 在制造业有品质保证工作的经验

Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job

§ 5 years above management experience of quality assurance in manufacturing industry

5年以上在制造业的品质保证管理经验

§ Strong sense of responsibility, good quality-driven character

责任心强,有较强的质量管理理念

§ People management experience is preferable

有团队、人员管理经验者优先

Education and Certification Requirements

§ University degree or above is preferable

大学本科或以上学历

§ Good at English in written and verbal

有较好的英语书写与口语沟通能力

§ Holder of Quality assurance related training certificates, be familiar with QC tools and methods

有品质保证相关培训的证书,熟悉品管手法与工具者

Job Specific Technical Requirements

§ Watch making, jewellery or related working experience is preferable
