职位描述:
1、制订集团各地区/项目全过程营销策划和管理方案，确保各地区/项目按计划完成销售签约、回款目标，编制并监督执行各地区/项目营销费用预算；
2、逐步实现集团营销类业务模块日常管理流程的标准化；
3、监督指导各地区/项目以集团整体效益为中心开展日常营销工作，按计划完成各阶段的销售签约、回款目标。
职位要求:
1、具有5年以上房地产全程营销策划经验，并具有独立负责10万平米以上楼盘的全程策划实际案例；
2、有较强的统筹管理及协调能力，有较强的文笔行文能力和电子报表编制能力；
3、务实，敬业，能够适应经常性出差。
