接听订房电话
解答客户咨询
处理客户投诉等

任职要求：

职高/中技/中专及以上学历，

户籍不限，男女不限。

18-30岁，女生放宽到35岁
中文打字速度40字/分钟,普通话标准
良好的心理素质,品行端正具有服务意识、责任心
能够适应翻班工作

薪酬情况：

（1） 实习员工

每月2000元实习津贴
工作餐提供
夏季高温补贴
小夜班补贴15元/次，大夜班补贴25元/次
指定住宿，每月享受住宿补贴300元

（2） 全职员工:

试用期底薪2200元 (2个月考核，考核合格即可调整为正式薪资)
正式员工底薪2400元
全年固定发放14薪+年终奖1-2个月+每月奖金+其它（具体金额按照实际入职时间计算）
客服代表执行五级薪酬体系
入职即按国家规定交纳社会保险及住房公积金（五险一金）
每个月230元餐补
夏季高温补贴
小夜班补贴15元/次，大夜班补贴25元/次
工作满3年交纳补充养老和补充住房公积金
工作满3年购买补充商业医疗保险
