DGM Job Description
1, Responsibility for the management of the water plant operators to complete the economic indicators Etc;
2, Setting development planning, quality management objectives; organization and audit the production management and so on, to complete the transformation of innovation waterworks;
3, Supervision, control the operation of production, establish and improve maintenance of equipment, technology, health and safety, environmental management systems;
4, Monitoring the implementation of the industry (enterprises) standards, various types of accident prevention, accident investigation analysis of various water plants, the development of improvement measures, the productivity of scientific development;
5, Responsibility for technical operations staff to enhance good performance management.

Requirements:

1,Industry Background: The senior Water Domain staff;
2, The academic requirements: Bachelor degree or above;
3, Age: About 40 years;
4, Work experience: 15 years relevant industry knowledge, more than 10 years management experience; familiar with the Water Works (water / sewage / sea water desalination plant) the daily operational management and technical control, understanding the management of water utility operating costs of the running water pipe operating charges and so on;
5, Other requirements: The Permanent Mission of China to work with working experience in China to understand the actual situation in China.
