Lead marketing team to achieve both sales and brand objectives.

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

- Plan and execute branding program through innovative and low cost initiatives

- Initiate in-store cross-over events to create traffic to stores

- In store marketing implementation either for own store and for franchisee

- Develop and coordinate promotion and VIP activities with sales team;

- In charge of CRM program with target ensure of optimization sales promotion, customer acquisition and retention.

- Administer online marketing campaign through proper coordination with management and outside agencies.

- Manage all online SEM, SEO, events, affiliate programs, social media, professional associations and other organizations to generate traffic to the website

Experience/Education Required 任职资格

- 5 years retail marketing experience

- Good resource with bank and high-end brands to do cross-over events

- Good sense for home decor products & Jewelry products

- Knowledge of CRM & Online Marketing program

- Fashionable and trendy

- Innovative and open approach

- Very efficient execution

- Good application of office software

- Good ability of filing management
