1.Event Management

§ Develop and implement international/nationwide PR events and activities to enhance branding awareness in line with business direction and marketing strategy

§ Well scheduling for all aspect of the events

§ Organize and coordinate with related parties, merchandising, trade marketing, sales team and local partners to ensure the events be smoothly implemented

§ Present well before, during and after an event to make sure things run smoothly

§ Control event cost within planned budget by negotiation with third parties and agencies to make sure cost effectiveness, always striving for cost reductions by given good quality

2. PR and Communication Campaign Support

§ Maintain and develop key opinion leader pool, incl: celebrities, fashion editors and online influencers

§ Build up good relations with edgy and fashion medias to maximize both PR and event coverage

§ Work closely with internal team on special marcom projects in accordance with overall marketing strategy

3. Budget Control

§ Monthly tracking the expense and accruals with supporting document

§ Strictly controlling and keeping in line with budget planning on a project basis

4. Agency and People management

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Industry / domain

§ Working experience in international company/PR agency, watch / fashion industry experience are preferred

Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job

§ 6-year working experience in international company/PR agencies, watch / fashion industry are preferred

§ Familiar with market environment & event management
