职位描述：

1、参加对新项目的可行性研究及平面布置，立面效果的分析定位；
2、负责工程项目的方案、扩初图、施工图审核，提出合理化修改建议，及时有效与设计沟通；
3、负责工程招标文件、技术标、施工组织设计审核，并跟踪完善；
4、负责制定所分管子公司项目的检查计划，并主导检查与跟踪。

职位要求：

1、工民建类相关专业，注册结构工程师(一级)或注册建筑工程师(一级) 证书；
2、五年以上设计院管理工作经验及二年以上房地产设计管理经验；
3、有较强的组织协调能力、语言表达能力及文字处理能力、团队合作能力；
4、熟悉专业规范，开发流程，丰富的专业知识；
5、有房地产开发公司总师室管理工作经验者优先。
