职责描述：
a.协助客服总监制定公司客户服务体系发展战略，负责客服制度及流程的制定和执行
b.制定客户服务质量标准，建立、维护和改善客户服务体系的工作标准和模式，保证客服工作标准化、流程化;客服关键环节管控，监督、指导下辖区域/项目客户服务工作质量；
c.客户投诉管理，参与完善公司各层面的客户投诉处理渠道和工作机制;客户会工作，参与策划管理客户会各项活动的落地实施，以及客户关系维护的渠道拓展。
