1、负责市场部日常管理工作，带领团队开发新客户，维系高端客户，建立健全客户档案；
2、负责市场部年度计划的制定和实施，协助总经理完成年度营业额指标；

1.具备5年以上装饰行业市场开发管理经验，有客户资源者优先。
2.有团队管理能力，同时要有能力独立操作完整的项目的能力。
