Mission 任务

开发经销商，寻找新的专卖店。

Search and evaluate new franchisee, and find new store locations.

Main Responsibilities 主要职责

1，开发特许经销商(Find the new franchisee)

1）目标市场的家具市场及当地的经济状况，提交调查报告

Make the survey report of the furniture market in the target cities.

2）寻找潜在客户，并适时进行品牌推广及业务联络

Find the potential candidate and make the brand introduction.

3）加盟商谈判并签约（对于合同条款达成一致，并严格遵守）

Introduce the business model and sign the contract.

4）专卖店店址考察评估，并提交店址考察报告

Check the store location and make the evaluation report.

5）协助经销商进行新店开张前的各项准备工作（包括产品报价、店面装修培训、布置标准及培训）

Prepare the store opening including decoration, layout, staff training etc

2，其他公司交办职责

Other things assigned by the company.

Experience/Education Required 任职资格

1，5 years working experience in Franchisee development and management. 5年以上经销商开发经验；

2，Job oriented and easy to communicate. 工作能力强，性格外向，易于人沟通。

3，Aggressive, can work under pressure. 有上进心，能够在压力下工作。

4，Fluent English both in oral and written. 流利的英语说写能力。
