Role Purpose

Develop Brand mono-brand stores network in China, including Corporate Stores and Franchise Stores. Assist BM to handle retail issues, e.g. operation guideline, staff management, IT.

Together with BM to develop brand retail strategy

Work with group retail dept. and search for proper location for corporate stores.

CER preparation and approval followup

Work with sales team and retailers for franchise store development.

Develop budget for corporate stores

Work with retailers and sales team to set sales target for franchise stores.

Staff Recruiting / Management

Work with SG HR or retailers, to recruit qualified staff
