职位：猎头顾问（Consultant）
岗位职责：
1、负责高级人才招聘需求分析和招聘渠道分析；
2、负责候选人搜寻、面试、评估和推荐；
3、负责与候选人的互动和协调；
4、负责候选人的背景调查；
5、负责重要企业客户关系和候选人关系的维护；
6、负责重要档案和候选人资料的整理、入库；
7、负责对外公关以及协调客户关系，开发和维护重点合作伙伴关系，提升海同的品牌形象与市场占有率。

任职要求
1、大专以上学历，性别不限；
2、人力资源、心理学、企业管理类专业优先；
3、2年以上正规企业招聘工作经验，良好的人才甄选能力，文笔好；
4、具有较高的组织协调能力与团队协作沟通能力；
5、有猎头顾问从业经验且有良好业绩者优先。

6、具备基本的英语阅读与邮件写作能力
