Job Profile：Assistant Vice President 助理副总裁

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for a number of projects for the whole operation control;

2. According to the company's strategic plans and readjusting the project management processes;

3. Use of resources reasonable, to costs and benefits optimized nesting;

4. Through service to improve or to optimize the process, achieving excellence of the customer relationship management;

5. Training of actively and professional management team

Requirement：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. Solid background and proven track records in leading a service operation is a must. 10 years of working experience in customer service, had bpo industry experience is preferred;

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (CET-6 or above);

4. With good leadership quality and has effective management skills;

5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills;

6. Self starter and capable to cope with the multiplicity of tasks;

7. Be able to work independently and under pressure.

8. With sales background.
