Job Profile：Senior Manager资深经理

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for operation management for a number of projects;

2. Analyzing various needs of client on services, and to communicate and implementation in internal;

3. Responsible to prepare project preparatory and manage daily account servicing requirements to ensure providing effective service;

4. To ensure good customer relationship through consistent and stable quality service delivery;

5. Report regularly to the client about the daily operation, obtains feedback from client , to reach a long-term business interests;

6. Create more opportunities to increase the company's profit;

7. Responsible for clients’ budget forecast and resource planning;

8. Responsible for new project setup management and internal coordination.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. Solid background and proven track records in leading a service operation is a must. 8 years of working experience in customer service, had bpo industry experience is preferred;

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (CET-6 or above);

4. With good leadership quality and has effective management skills;

5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills;

6. Self starter and capable to cope with the multiplicity of tasks;

7. Be able to work independently and under pressure.
