Job Title: Retail Service Manager
Geography:
Reports To: GM
Role Purpose:To take the lead of retail service management under the leadership of the GM by providing local retail industry market bench mark, knowledge and expertise, help brands in the planning and opening phase of retail and; provide advice on local retail operation processes to each brands and to the GM ( consulting function )
Key Accountabilities
? Develop retail operation benchmark 20%
l Develop practical standard retail service process ( SOP ) based on local legal entities and government compliance requirements that could be utilized to Brands in principles
l Develop method of calculating number of staff needs for new stores
l Collaborate with Admin Department to identify appropriate vendors for equipment supplies to facilitate retail business set-up and operation
l Develop effective customer targeting /profiling and analysis tools( customer relationship management) to allow brands to better manage their stores and satisfy customers’ expectations

Guidelines/Manuals
l Advise different Brand HQs & Brand Managers on local retail practice and culture by each segment( prestige/luxury, high,& basic range) to ensure consistent compliance to all Company Best practices such as training programs, operational issues, safety guidelines and all policies and procedures
l Help to implement existing and new manuals & guidelines for the Brands ‘local retail operation ( if needed and approved by the Brand HQs/Brand Managers) and facilities execution
l Observe and use the Standard Operation Procedures ( SOP ) as measurement tool to make certain a high level of performance and operational efficiency in all of our stores is maintained.

l Propose training concepts and activities to the Brands(diversified by Brand segment Brand culture ) based on key findings in Mystery Shopper survey, to enhance customer service and brand awareness
l Facilitate the implementation of the training in collaboration with HR department( interface between the Brands and the local HR organization)
l Provide feedback on training results to the Store Managers, Brand Managers and the GM.

l Coordinate Mystery Shoppers survey by design programs and process ( if needed and approved by the Brand HQs/Brand Managers) for the prestige/luxury segement first; for the remaining brands later
l Ensure that all our stores are effectively in the local market

Service divisions
Analysis & Reports ?
l Act as interface/coordinator between the local Retail Operations and the Finance Department in order to create standard reports for analysis and forecasting
l Act as interface/coordinator between the Retail Operation and the IT Department
l Coordinate with other service divisions to monitor he overall process & steps are maintained within schedule to ensure on time opening of stores
l Provide Sell-Out information to the GM if not available
l Provide Customer Data Base information to the GM
l Develop customer analysis tools
l Recommend procedural flows on stock replenishment automation for the constant demand items in franchised stores

Analyze and report on competitive activity to be Brand Managers and the GM .

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
? Industry / domain:
l 7-10 years of experience in Retail industry or related field; or in luxury retail preferably in watch *& jewelers industry
? Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job: ?
l Strategic planning and analytical skills; Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; highly developed decision-making; leadership and problem solving skills
l Team management, matrix management & communications, project management and retail expertise
l Strong project management & Coordination skills
? Education and Certification Requirements:
l University degree in Business / Marketing

l Good command of English both oral and written
