Role Purpose | Strengthen retail operation in corporate stores and set best practice for mega stores; Achieve desired sales result upon target; drive, motivate and lead team to work under pressure. | |||

Sales | § Achieve sales target in both turnover and units. § Analyze market situation to form sales target and roadmap | 15% | |
Retail operation | § Strengthen retail operation and launch SOP to improve productivity in order to grow business organically upon target rate. § Set best practice of mega store to re-build brand image and deliver desired sales result | 40% | |
New Product forecast | · Make the forecast of new products of all retail stores to maximize sales opportunity | 5% | |
Store opening | · Launch new stores upon brand objective · Coordinate with Retail Development Team for new store opening opportunity | 25% | |
Training | · Supervise training part to formulate training manual & implement for both retail and wholesale channel | 1 5% | |
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job
- 10+ years’ experience in sale/retail operation experience in prestige cosmetics /FMCG brands with 6+ years in the management position.
- Proven background in operating & opening counters/shops and have successful track record
- Both strategic mind and hands-on experience in delivering plans.
- Strong capability to drive/motivate team to achieve desired sales result.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication & persuading skills internally & externally
- Ambitious, highly committed & can work effectively under pressure
- Bachelor or above degree
- Fluent in English
