The Design Director of Architecture (建筑设计总监）
Essential Information
Working Place: Shanghai
Position function: planning and design
Team: above 10 persons
Membership Department : Design department
Report object: General Manager
Job Description
a. The whole process control of design project, as the team leader in the project, the project manager or the chief designer.
The independent chair design
b. Has team experience to complete the construction, project, scheme of deepening, drawings and follow up the building site.
Complete with a communication, reporting and coordination work independently with first place.
Job Requirements
a. Architecture major, ten years or above working experience in architectural design.
b. Large well-known design institutions similar position working experience, can be completed the project design.
c. Excellent design capability .
d. Good expression, communication and coordination ability, be serious and responsible.
e. Has the team management ability , has the good team cooperation spirit.
f. Familiar with the relevant standard of domestic construction, the latest technology at home and abroad .
Class a registered architect is prefered.
