资料录入：
1.会员资料注册2.会员资料补全3.新会员里程补登
投诉支持：
1.UIC投诉2.会员中心投诉3.客户关怀中心投诉
外航支持：
1.东航补登外航里程2.外航补登东航里程
任职要求：
1. 中专及以上学历；大专优先
2. 思路清晰，语言表达与沟通能力强
3. 耐心，工作踏实，积极主动，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力
4. 普通话标准，熟练使用Office软件，打字速度40字/分钟以上
