Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Profile category: Sales related category in assigned area

Role Purpose： Brand business development in China

? Open qualified POS for brand in assigned area

? Corporate to fight for good location

? Achieve distribution target in yearly basis

? Coach shop sales &retailer to do good brand display

? Ensure appropriate usage of POS material

? Keep the counter clean and tidy

? Generate effective tailor made POS activity to improve productivity

? Work with retail to make yearly pos activity plan to maximize the brand exposure and counter location

? Ensure the smooth and good ROI of the activity?

? Achieve yearly sell-out target in assigned area

? Sell-out target plan by pos by month

? Review sales update with retailer at least once a month?

? Motivate shop sales and retailer by frequent contacting

? Provide effective and efficient supports

? Encourage retailer and shop sales to share the same brand goals

? Work with marketing to coordinate Image counter design with retailer

? Provide necessary supports on event and road show

? Help to monitor and check the effect of visual/outdoor…

REQUIREMENTS

? 3-4 years experience in sales operation and account management

? Good sense of communication

? Abundant knowledge of sales / dealer management/handing

? College above

? Good English listening and speaking ability

? Integrity/Out-going/Team spirit/Result oriented

? Capable in conducting training & coaching? ?

FMCG/Luxury/Watch industry is preferred
