MISSION

To guarantee the accuracy of the stock data, in addition to determining the location and position of each

reference and their quantities, minimising any differences between the anticipated and actual stock

values, and monitoring the administrative procedures and interventions of internal and external company

personnel.

MAIN DUTIES

· To propose adjustments to stock differences.

· To visit stores, warehouses and logistics centres on a periodic basis to verify the degree of compliance with the procedures.

· To review, participate and the creation of and monitor the processes and procedures that affect

stock movements.

· To establish checks on the stock-related operations performed in order to detect and guarantee that movements are made in accordance with the agreed procedures and are correctly reflected in the IT systems.

· To propose solutions which minimise stock differences through analysis of variables and indicators.

· To periodically review the differences between the theoretical and actual stock.

· To provide information to store chain and warehouse personnel.

· To cross reference the results in order to detect factors that influence the results.

· To supervise the quality control procedures related to stock operations.

· To carry out physical inventories of products.

REQUIREMENTS

BASIC TRAINING

· Degree in Business Administration (Recommended)

· Degree in Economics (Recommended)

· Degree in Business Studies (Recommended)

· Degree in Industrial Engineering (Recommended)

· Degree in Industrial Organisation/Industrial Engineering (Recommended)
