* Base in Shanghai

* Knowledge of products ; Woven / Cut & Sew Knit / Sweater for Lady, Men and Kids.

* QA experience: 15 years and 5 year in management level.

* Communication skill: clear & logic.

* Strong leadership, initiative, sensible and self-discipline.

* English level; Well versed in both written and oral.

* Computer Literacy: Familiar with MS Word, excel, e-mail corresponding and Internet operation.

Responsibilities:

* Managing a team of Quality Assurance for Garments.

* Textile and shoe of 25 members operation in China.

* Provide training for QAs and identify training needs for improvement.

* Ensure that all QA’s understand the standard quality requirement and discipline.

* Investigate product faults, Analyzing and monitoring of Quality performance with supplier.

* Perform Factory Technical Evaluation for production factory.

* Communicate with Head office and supplier on factory selection.

* Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goals by immediate superior.
