The Position

Function as the 'Expansion Sr./Manager' to develop both real estate and franchise opportunities, to protect and enhance the existing business, and to aim at the long-term profitability in China. This position will be based in China Shanghai and required to travel constantly to meet potential franchisees and new locations.

Your main duties are:

- Following the company’s vision plan, develop the real estate and franchise business opportunities.

- Set clear commercials objectives and use the right tools and management skills to put it into action plan.

- Identifying the suitable new real estate collaboration and conduct negotiation with the landlords and developers.

- Constantly reviewing the current real estate portfolio and take actions to improve the existing portfolio.

- Formulate and lead the closures and relocation projects.

- Be able to identify the potential franchisees following company’s philosophy.

- Assist franchisee to obtain attractive lease terms and monitoring the whole process of negotiation.

- Formulate P&L study of each project, each market and each region. And be able to interpret the numbers into an action plan and ensure the profitability of business.

- Be able to analyze P&L in order to adjust the expansion strategy.

- Coordinate with all related departments such as design, works, products, finance etc to ensure a smooth operating.

Requirement:

- At least 3 years working experience in the same sector and similar function

- Experience in retail industry, real estate industry and franchise business model

- The candidate must have at least a university degree or Master degree in Business Administration

- Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English

- Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus

- Result oriented, problem solving and highly responsible for commercial tasks

- Team spirit and strong coordination skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Able to travel 50% of the time nationally and internationally

- Number sensitive and familiar with P&L
