Main Job responsibilities:

• Document checking, scan and send to HQ once every week.
• Arrange parcels to suppliers and HQ.
• Sourcing of new potential suppliers via attending exhibitions, ALIBABA, MAKE IN CHINA platforms, introduce between suppliers.
• Prepare quotation comparison form of new project.
• Collect supplier information.
• Update vendor list each month.
• Arrange meetings with suppliers.
• Check samples from various suppliers internally, and send the good one to HQ and waiting for HQ’s feedbacks for further procedures.
• Made a sample report.
• Update Technical Card for new consumable products.
• Prepare contract terms, conditions and production schedules.
• Make sure vendors understand HQ’s requirements correctly.
• Negotiate extras/claims as necessary.
• Monitoring Supplier performance, conduct WIP QC and final QC. Insure goods are delivered correctly according to order requests.
• Update consumable order tracking of QC date ETD

Requirements：
· Bachelor Degree above
· CET 6 above, excellent at listening, speaking, reading and writing
· Good communication skill, commitment to work
· Careful well set out work and can bear pressure
