Job Summary:

Responsible for analyzing, preparing, implementing, verify and test the configuration and integration of a node/network/system. Scope could include the scenarios of Introduction, upgrade expansion (functionality & capacity), migration, this to form part of customer legacy.
Also responsible for handling problems that have been reported by customers or other Ericsson support organizations during the operation of system to fulfill the requirements of SFA of customer.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Harware & software installation and upgrades
Configuration and integration of network elements
Fault analyzing and trouble shooting
Support PM or SDM to ensure in-service performance

Qualifications

Qualification
Knowledge on UNIX system administration
Knowledge on TCP/IP, routing. Experience on router/FW configuration is preferred
Knowledge on basic SQL, database administration
Knowledge on programming. Perl, Shell, Javascript and Java are preferred
Knowledge on storage, disk management, RAID
Knowledge on telecommunication
Good English reading and writing skill
Self-learning ability, self motivated, clear communication, team work, willing to travel.
