受某跨国公司委托招聘 Senior Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) Design Engineer
Job Descriptions
· Integrating analog mixed signal chips on CMOS process
· Working closely with integration/digital designer to integrate analog IPs on products
· Design, simulation, test/characterization and verification of analog subsystems
· Defining interface for analog subsystems
· Witing full data sheet and user manual and application notes for analog subsystems
· Generating views, behavioral and timing models for these analog subsystems
· Designing test chip, test board and testing analog subsystems
· Defining and writing spec. for production test and bench characterization
· Writing application notes for analog/mixed signal products
· Participating in debugging products
· Customer support, and supporting integration group to integrate products
Working Experience
? MSEE or BSEE
? Minimum 5 years working experience (7 years for BSEE) on analog mixed signal design
Expertise/Skills
? Deep knowledge about analog circuit design on CMOS processes
? Wide experience with integrating complex analog/mixed signal chips
? Familiar with ARM core and interfacing analog IPs with ARM buses
? Deep knowledge about design techniques for Ultra low power
? Fluent in using Matlab
? Fluent in Verilog and VHDL
? Fluent in using AMS simulation and Verilog A
? Fluent is using Cadence simulation environment
? Practical experience in designing and testing analog IPs like ADC, PLL, Oscillators, amplifiers, Regulators, and …
? At least seen two whole design cycle from design all the way to product delivery
Personal Attributes
? Good communicator in both oral and written English
? Team player, able to work in a cross-functional-team environment
? Need to have good time management skills to balance multi-tasking workloads
