受某美国公司委托，为其寻找Preamp Verification Manager，职位描述如下:

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Supervisor

LOCATION NAME: Shanghai Jingqiao Office

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

·To execute customer service standards, order processing & delivery procedure thourgh SAP system.

· Manage filing systems including order files, sign off forms and business achieves.

· Lead customer service team and monitor CS’s daily work; establish customer assessment measurement.

· Work collaboratively with sales and logistics team to excute delivery and sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor Degree in business or equivelant.

·Minimum 5 years experience in customer service, sales support or sales administrations. Experience as team leader is preferred.

·Good in English (written and verbal).

.Good Microsoft Office software skills, especially Excel & Power Point.

·Excellent of SAP operation skills (sales & distribution model). Experience of “on-line” ordering system is a plus.

·Strong sense of responsibility as team leader and good service attitude; Process driven and logical thinking.

.Good communication and interpersonal skills with patience and team spirit
