受某跨国公司委托，招聘 TREASURY,工作地点为上海。职位描述如下：

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
？ Responsible for assist treasury manager on day-to-day treasury responsibilities for PRC affiliates, both wholly owned and joint-ventures, and other special projects as required.

Cash Management

？ Bank account maintenance: Opening, closing of bank accounts, updating Bank Instruction Letters, authorized signatories
？ Daily cash management
- Monitor bank balance and transfers
- Monthly Cash flow forecasting
- Support foreign exchange transactions as required and endorsed
？ Manage relationship with banks to facilitate cash management service
？ Monitor the development of PRC regulatory regimes and investment instruments
？ Collect and maintain custody of Vital Documents for cash management including Banking Resolutions, Bank Instruction Letter, loan documents etc.
？ Assist in cash management and financial operations process improvements

Financing

？ Assist / participate in the negotiation and arrangement of loan facilities
？ Ensure compliance with loan documents and securities requirements
？ Assist in the formulation of annual Financing Plan
？ Compile Monthly Financing Reporting
？ Assist in dividends planning and payment
？ Monitor outstanding I/Co loan and maintain related databases
？ Update debt summaries and maintain loan databases

Business Services

？ Advise Business Units and other staff functions on treasury and PRC forex related and payment related regulatory restrictions
？ Liaise with local authorities (e.g. SAFE) to address treasury issues including remittance, foreign exchange conversions, foreign debt etc.)
？ Monitor regulatory updates and research into specific regulatory issues
- Provide timely advice to all related entities and other functions

？ Assist in data compilation and preparation of all treasury report and make relevant documentations

？ Special Treasury projects as required

Risk Management

？ Help ensure local entity’s compliance with F-M Risk Management Principles and Guidelines and local regulatory requirements on insurance coverage
？ Assist Global Risk Management in liaison with local insurance service providers on insurance issues
？ Analyze adequacy of coverage, premium quotations, review deductibles

REQUIREMENT:
Essential:
？ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
？ Fluent English, Proficiency in MS office. Knowledge and experience of SAP and Hyperion.
？ Demonstrates excellent communication (written and spoken) skill in English and Chinese, and has the ability to effectively interact and communicate with local accounting team, the international offices and business partners.
？ Positive attitude, self-motivated, fast learner and ability to multi-task. Able to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred:
？ Have knowledge/experience in finance or treasury management in a multinational corporate environment; with background and experience in China funding and cash management; Familiar with China banking and foreign exchange control regulations.
？ Knowledge/experience in balance sheet review and cash flow forecasting and proficiency in bank e-banking systems/treasury management software/systems.
