职位描述
Job Summary
Responsible for conducting project, operational, process risk-based and compliance audit works across all business units of company. Also need to ensure that adequate internal controls are in place to safeguard the Group’s interests through independent evaluation.
Principal Tasks
1.Perform project and operational audits of organizational and functional activities of the company.
2.Evaluation of compliance, identification of controls to improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes
3.Perform special operational and financial reviews, audits of records and reporting the results.
4.Identify risks, evaluate proper controls, and recommend practical solutions for implementation with realistic target dates
5.This position will have significant interaction with internal management as well as the company's external auditors. Travel within China is expected.
6.Supervise a small team of Internal Auditors.
Skills Required
1.Analytical, process driven and an eye for details
2.Good project and time management skills with the ability to work with high level of independence and integrity
3.Strong report-writing and presentation skills
4.Good knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, Project Development, regulatory compliance and familiar with organisational best practices in Real Estate Developer Industry.
5.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications
