? A 100% privately owned company. ? The company headquarters is in Eislingen / Fils, Germany. ? Approx. 500 employees at headquarters. approx. 900 employees worldwide. ? Industrial lubricants, chemicals, printing inks, services, waste disposal. ? Turnover in 2012 …headquarters: approx. 150 Mio Euro …in total: approx. 250 Mio Euro. ? Certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001 in progress. ? Founded in 1866 by Albert Zeller and Paul Gmelin in Eislingen. ? The first product was lamp oil produced from swabian oil shale. ? Production of machine and spindle oils, cylinder oils and greases. ? Further diversification followed. ? ? 60 % subsidiary of Zeller+Gmelin and 40 % of Taiwan Metochem. ? Start of sales and production in mid of 2007. ? Size of ZG Chinas production, storage facilities and administration building covers 2000 m². ? Size of ZG Chinas premises approx. 10000 m², enlargement to 20000 m² possible. ? ZG China is located approx. 70 km from Shanghai and 30 km from Suzhou. ? Approx. 20 employees in China. ? momentarily 3 sales representatives in greater Shanghai area. ? Output dimensioned for 5000 t p.a. (one shift per day). ? Customers: Bosch, Bosch Rexroth, BMW, Elektrisola, Schütz, Sevex, VW, etc. ? Product variety: Deep –drawing & wire-drawing lubricants, metalworking fluids (for grinding, milling, drilling, turning etc…), textile and calibration lubricants as well as greases and hydraulic oils. ? own laboratory for service analysis on site. ? Certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
Job Description:
? Responsible primarily in the designated areas for selling industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids with the agreed goals
? Visit customers regularly and solve application problems for customers through the service and technical consulting at jobsite timely
? Support existing distributors and seek end users, new distributors with the agreement of the company.
? Observation of market, the competitors and new developments in scope of products, processes and machine manufacturing as well as evaluation and implementation of the newly gained findings.
? Responsible for checking customer creditworthiness in the designated sales area.
? Make a business plan and a business report weekly, and plus a report on a special topic of visiting a customer when necessary.
? Report to the sales director directly
Job Requirements:
? Graduated in economics or industrial engineering. A practically skilled person with a training / apprenticeship in a comparable commercial respective technical (without studying) is also welcome.
? Experience in sales (if possible in sales of technical products). An advantage would be additional experience on the field of industrial lubricants or in metalworking.
? English in written and oral at the level CET-4.
? To be a good team player.
? Skilled communication technique and sales ability.
