Report to Managing Director

Job Description:
1. Manage sales team, follow up each sales' progress and lead them to achieve sales target
2. Prepare long-term and short-term sales plan
3. Establish and maintain customer relations with multinational companies and local enterprises
4. Extend business to emerging vertical markets
5. Monitor competitors' activity within the territory
6. Analyze and forecast profit and cost for each project
7. Other sales-related tasks as required.

Skills:
1. Rich experience of sales team management in SAP field and at least 5-8 years' SAP sales experience.
2. Excellent sales skill, communication skill and negotiation skill
3. Excellent English level
4. Solid understanding of the software industry, good and keen knowledge about the SAP market
5. Good attitude of learning new things
6. Ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers
7. Good management skill
8. Self-driven, willing to work under pressure and taking challenge
9. Willing to have frequent business trips
