海运出口操作 OCEAN EXPORT OPERATION CLERK

1. Position Briefing
This position is designed to handle daily operation according to Leschaco SOP so as to deliver first class service to valued customers.

2. Job Description
To take full responsibility of the shipment once receiving Shipping Instruction from Booking Controller
To coordinate with Customer, Shipper & Service Provider to move the business forward in a timely manner
To strictly follow up Leschaco SOP to achieve high customer satisfaction rating
To communicate with Customer/ Overseas proactively/ timely in updating the shipment status
To closely key-in shipment/ operation details into Operation System to ensure the visibility
To achieve planned financial result for each individual shipment on hand
To assist Operation Supervisor in managing whole team's operation

3. Candidate Qualification
航运、物流、贸易、英语专业毕业者优先（但非必要）
两年以上有相关从业经验
有化工品、危险品操作相关经验者优先（但非必要）
良好的中英文听、说、读、写能力，CET 4或相当水平
熟练使用 microsoft office 软件（例如 Word & Excel)

脚踏实地、正直诚信、乐观积极主动、责任心强、勇于面对压力
性格开朗，有较强的沟通能力和服务意识，有团队合作精神
较强的逻辑性思维，能独立判断并解决问题
