受某美国公司委托，为其寻找Preamp Verification Manager，职位描述如下：

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES IN ADDITION TO THOSE IN JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our silicon-to-systems solutions empower disk drives with the intelligence, flexibility, speed and reliability needed for

high-capacity storage across every market segment, from portable consumer electronics

devices to personal computers to enterprise-class storage systems and networks.

Our Storage Peripherals Division is seeking an experience IC verification manager to join

the pre-amplifier team. Preamp team members define, create, modify and verify high-speed

custom integrated circuits for hard disk drive (HDD) and tape recording products using

leading edge CMOS and BiCMOS technologies.

Position Description:

- Direct support and management of individual technical contributors, specifically

verification engineers. Responsibilities include hiring, performance management and team

development.

- Work with other functional managers and product managers to set and achieve aggressive

product development schedules critical to success.

- Define and implement product verification strategies to achieve high quality products in

first-pass silicon.

- Must be comfortable working with internal and external customers and suppliers.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field), MS required, Ph.D. preferred

- Minimum three years experience managing analog or digital design and/or verification

teams

- Expertise with verification of mixed-signal IC designs using advanced verification tools and

methodologies

- Experience in IC product development from concept to successful production

- Strong communication skills (must be proficient in both spoken and written English)

- Able to travel internationally (to United States and throughout Asia)

- Understanding of silicon process technologies (CMOS and bipolar) and device physics
