职位描述
Seeking an Asia Pacific Regional Manager to administer all aspects of transportation and logistics, coordinate operations with EMEA and the Americas, and implement logistics policies for manufacturers and distributors with emphasis on China. Will report to the Director, Global Transportation & Logistics, EMEA and APAC.
Working with internal and external customers to determine and satisfy transportation needs, monitoring compliance, identifying and implementing cost saving initiatives and driving continuous improvement through the supply chain.
Key Tasks: Control freight budget and identify cost saving initiatives for APAC and China. Identify, manage and negotiate contract rates with Chinese service providers. Develop and track KPIs with service providers.
China Transportation & Logistics Manager Job Description

ii) Shipment consolidations and deconsolidation

iv) Use of Free Trade Zones, Special Business Parks, etc.
b) With Logistics teams in other regions to manage freight in and out of China
c) Logistics for major projects
i) Plant and product line moves
ii) New logistics vendors
2) Plan
a) China's logistics flows for imports and exports to meet the needs of our customers
i) Federal-Mogul facilities
ii) Outside customers
b) Assist Federal-Mogul facilities
i) To create realistic logistics business plans
ii) To plan the logistics to support changes in their operations

(a) Product lines
