受某跨国公司委托,招聘Senior Product Line Quality Manager,职位描述如下:

Overall Purpose of Job

This should be a broad overview of this position’s function. Include the overall scope of the position and the authority this position possesses in terms of programs/ projects/ operations and establishing policy.


· The AP Senior Product Line Quality Manager position is responsible for AP regional PL manufacturing quality assurance and improvement activities, such as but not limited to manufacturing quality system building up and implementation, manufacturing assurance process and control, supplier quality management, new product launch and new product quality planning-flawless launch, customer satisfaction and compliant NCT/PPM handling and closure by driving & working closely with AP PL manufacturing plants. Responsible for manufacturing quality cost improvement such as scrap, first time quality, warranty improvements.

· Being TRW AP regional Product Line quality leader includes the responsibility to make visional quality improvement vision/mission, long term strategy, quality overall planning – target setting, drive plant quality improvement through regular quality review, workshop, training; meantime teach, coach, and mentoring plant quality managers and quality team for development, build up capability and competency, plant level quality organization structure build up and leadership development as PL quality functional leader.


Major Responsibilities

l Be responsible for AP regional plants quality system standardization, systematic quality system, best practice sharing, institutionalization,…drive on core manufacturing system implementation and execution

l Be responsible for AP Product Line manufacturing quality organization structure planning, building up, development;

l Be AP regional PL manufacturing quality leader, lead and organize regular plant quality QIP review to drive on manufacturing quality continuous improvement

l Be responsible for customer quality problem solving and concern management handling activity for specific AP plant strategic customers. Lead and drive major customer complaint closure by leading cross functional team on root cause and action plan

l Work with TRW PPAC committee to fix critical customer complaint and safety related issues for TRW AP regional manufacturing sites

l Be responsible for new product advanced quality planning activities, BE quality roadmap implementation & improvement, drive plant quality team for flawless new launch and meet new launch quality AQP requirement, LRR, supplier readiness, plant readiness,…VOC

l Be involved in supplier development, selection, and qualification process; drive on plant supplier quality improvement activities, such as: QCCAR, SQIP, Supplier CR, CS1, CS2,…

l Be responsible for AP PL plants manufacturing quality assurance and improvement, such as: Plant QIP, customer NCT/PPM, supplier PPM, scrap, Warranty…improvement

l Drive plant on PMA improvement through regular quality review

l Support TRW AP other regional on PMA Audit, conduct Core Manufacturing System Audit, flawless new launch quality AQP Audit, … follow up for improvement

· Strong problem solving competency and experience, such as six-sigma, Shainin, etc.

· Multinational company/ cultural working experience is an added advantage

· Willingness to work hard, take initiative, and the ability to work well under pressure


Education & Work Experience

Education: Bachelor’s, or master’s degree


Language: Regional language skills essential; Excellent English communication skill


Experience:

· Minimum 12-15 years working experience at manufacturing industry; 7-10 years automotive industry experience with quality, operation, PM, engineering related functional expertise.

· At least 5-8 years managerial OR regional management working experience on PM, Quality, Operation, Engineering, functions.

· Six-Sigma Green belt, Black Belt, and or master black belt desired
