受某跨国公司委托，招聘照明应用工程师，职位描述如下：

职责描述：
1、 应用测试定义：确定集成电路开发项目的应用测试及测试进度；
2、 集成电路开发支持：向集成电路开发小组(团队)汇报获得通过的测试(应用测试结果)；
3、 技术市场：将系统、产品及应用知识转化为硬件、软件及印刷品，以确保我们产品的顺利推广；
4、 客户支持：为特定客户项目提供直接支持，并为区域性销售&市场小组(团队)的同事提供相关培训。
职位要求：
资历：电气工程类硕士学位，有志于在混合信号电子技术领域发展
技能要求：
1、 电子产品评估的构造方法； (对电子产品进行结构化评估的方法)
2、 在电力电路方面进行实验室表征和解决问题的能力；(在功率电路方面进行实验室特性评估和解决问题的能力)
3、 熟悉设计仿真工具；
4、 掌握可实现电力密度、热力学及电磁兼容性能优化的印刷电路板排布技术；(掌握对功率密度、热分布及电磁兼容等性能进行优化的印刷电路板布局技术)
5、 熟悉磁学组件的设计。

Your Responsibilities:
Application test definition: determine application tests and test schedule for IC development projects.
IC development support: reporting test results to the IC development team on the agreed application tests.
Technical Marketing: convert system, product & application knowledge into hardware, software & publications that enable successful promotion of our products.
Customer Support: Provide direct support to specified customer projects and training to our colleagues in the regional sales & marketing teams.
Your Profile:
Qualification
Masters degree in electrical engineering.
Desire to build a technical career in mixed-signal electronics
Expertise / Skills
Structured approach to electronic product evaluation
Ability to perform lab characterization & problem solving in power circuits
Familiarity in use of design simulation tools
PCB layout skills to optimise power density, thermal & EMC performance
Familiar with the design of magnetic power components
Personal attitude
Enthusiastic team worker & good communicator
Flexible attitude to fit working in a change environment
