受某跨国公司委托，招聘Senior Marketing Manager，职位描述如下：
Job Description
- As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will direct the company marketing communications
programs, events and activities for APAC (China, Taiwan, and Japan) markets in support of
corporate, regional or country-specific marketing and sales objectives. You will provide
overall leadership and direction of small regional marketing teams based in China and Japan.
You will have overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities,
and recommending and implementing changes to methods. Additionally, you will participate
with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. In this role, you will
regularly interact with executives and/or customers.
- Responsibilities include: development and execution of APAC public relations strategy; press
and creative agency selection and management; planning and execution of regional and
country-specific events including product launches, trade shows, seminars and customer
events; and management of country-specific website content. In partnership with
headquarters Corporate Marketing teams, supports regional industry analyst relations,
develops brand assets and creative treatments; and creates and adapts marketing collateral
to meet country-specific requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications (Education)
A bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is required, BSEE + MBA with Marketing
focus preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience including at least 5 years of experience in
an international marketing management capacity. Must be multilingual with Chinese Mandarin
and English proficiency. Experience working with the channel and/or co-marketing with regional
OEMs, such as Huawei and Lenovo, being highly desirable. Requires 20% travel.
