受某知名美国公司寻找嵌入式高级软件工程师，具体要求如下
Senior Software Engineer (embedded)
GENERAL SUMMARY
Working as a key team member under limited direction, provides technical expertise by independently and collaboratively determining and developing solutions to a wide range of complex software engineering challenges. Understands company goals and practices and applies them when resolving a variety of problems. Uses judgment and creativity and sound technical knowledge to obtain and recommend solutions. Initial assignment will be to contribute to the development of a new high profile comprehensive hardware diagnostic system built on a custom Linux distribution. Excellent growth opportunity for a strong proactive communicator. The successful candidate will interact with and influence groups throughout company's global operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Technical ownership of a significant code module, including design, maintenance and documentation.
· Represents the organization on project teams and may perform technical project leadership roles.
· Contributes to the development and achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
· Develops new software engineering methods or processes, re-evaluates existing processes.
· Mentoring junior engineers and peers as appropriate.
· Analyze and code complex modules, define data structures, and specify test tools.
· Writes high level design specs, unit test plans and integration test plans.
SKILLS
· 3-5 years C++ development.
· 2-3 years embedded development preferred.
· Strong Object Oriented Design and Programming.
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
· Strong team player
· Linux and /or Unix skills a plus.
· Driver or kernel level programming a plus.
· Experience with or strong interest in programming hardware essential.

Bachelors (Technical)
