Job Responsibilities

· Design requirement template for health information exchange (HIE) platform
· Train the hospital domain knowledge to the team
· Lead BA team for project requirement gathering in hospitals and document requirement
· Review requirement with PM , architect, development and testing teams
· Provide solutions for the issues in hospital domain

Job Requirements

Basic Requirement
· +5 year experience with focus on local hospital information systems requirement gathering and analysis.

Soft Skills Requirement
· Mandarin speaking
· Fluent in English (read, write, oral) is plus
· Good communication/coordination skills with global teams
· Strong responsibility

Technical Requirement
· Has rich hospital projects experience, such as HIS, LIS, EMR,PACS, RIS (Must to have)
· HL7 and HIE experience is plus
· Good documentation skill.
· Has IT background
· Know project management concept
