Description
Job Objective:
- To work as filter design manager in Digital and Radio department (CBC/XRR) of Access Network Center(CBC/XR), Beijing, China.
- Report to director of Digital and Radio department.
- Obtain and maintain a wide knowledge of Ericsson Radio Network Products and radio design environment, methodologies used within Ericsson R&D Centers and in other organizations.
Responsibilities:
- To be a MT member of CBC/XRR
- Daily operation of FU team (XRR/P)
- Obtain and maintain a wide range of knowledge/competence of Radio Network products and methodologies used within R&D Center
- Follow the directive, instructions and procedures within R&D Center
- Ensure the activities within the unit are managed in a most effective way
- Drive innovation, Keep tracking new technology development, ensure the competitiveness in the responsible area
- Ensure development tools/test environment are maintained in a efficient way
- Support XRR director to improve R&D process with high efficient
- Support XRR director to optimize resource/lab utilization
- Ensure staff members are highly motivated and performing
Qualifications
- Master degree or above in Microwave or wireless communication or equivalent
- Familiar with FU design and industry
- Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Initiative and positive personal personality
- Proven management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong drive with a proven track record in delivering good results
- Personal stability, flexible with excellent overview and sense of focus
- Excellent analytical skills
