AP Accountant 应付账款会计
Work Location: Jiading Tech Center
工作地点: 嘉定（有班车）
Job Description:
- Provide Accounting service regarding Account Payable to China Automotive Plant, Ensure invoices booking timely, accurately, provide AP management for working capital;
- Served as the interface for internal/external contacts.
- Ensure no personal invoice delay posting, good invoice management.
- Perform 3-way checking during invoice verification in SAP; make sure at least over 3500 invoices posting per month.
- Prepare issue log for all question invoices and delivery it to Senior AP in time.
- Assist senior AP to follow GR/IR items
- Familiar with forwards and backwards / own Process
- Assist manager to prepare team Job Manual.
- Assist manager to training Summer Intern.
- Perform Account reconciliation for AP related sub-ledger
- Perform PBC list regarding AP sub-ledger parts per audit request
Job Requirement:
- College graduate, Major in Finance and Accounting is preferred
- Accountant's qualification certificate required.
