Position Summary:

l Gather and consolidate financial reporting from different offices and agencies.

l Consolidate financial data according to group reporting requirement.

l Prepare financial reporting for both actual and forecast, by agencies, by offices.

l Support various finance analysis reports. E.g. P&L, Balance Sheet, revenue profile.

Job Description:

l Gather detail financial data from local offices and make the consolidation.

l Validate the finance data Based on the info. Collected.

l Perform monthly and quarterly management P&L and design report template for local office fill up and management review.

l Convert the monthly management report to Group report template and complete the system uploading.

l Drilling down the details to perform the variance analysis, e.g. revenue by client, trading income by category, cost by type.

l Provide detail data to help superior to answer global/regional queries.

l Ad. Hoc assignment

Capability:

l Very strong with excel skills

l Ability and knowledge of financial reporting, e.g. IFRS, IAS

l Ability to gather, analyze and draw well-reasoned conclusions.

l Accuracy/Attention to detail

l Good communication skills with co-worker and team members.

Education and Experience:

l University degree. Major in Finance or accounting is preferred

l Minimum three year experience.
