职位描述
1 Assist GM to do development strategic planning formulation and promote the business.
2 Assist GM to complete daily work reporting and the communication with functional departments.
3 Arrange meeting schedule and agenda, composes the meeting minutes and summary.
4 Complete the financial reimbursement and routine work for the whole department.
5 Assist GM to handl the external public relations, and participate in the planning, arranging and organizing large scale public relations activities
6 As key contact person to liaise with external and internal for communication.
7 Set up and maintain records and files.
8 Arrange the business travel logistics for team member. Air tickets booking, hotel accommodations and other administration.
9 Other admin work for the department, including admin support for foreign colleagues.
10 Other tasks assigned by the GM
Education (Degree, major) :Bachelor's degree
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience):One year related experience.
Language:Must fluent in listening, reading, translating and writing in English and in Mandarin
Office skills:Good PC skill in Power Point, Excel, Word.
Other specific skills:Strong planning and control, comprehensive analysis and coordination ability, independent problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Team spirit.
Specific certificate:TEM-6 or above
