Responsibilities & Main Tasks:

• Plan and realize production planning concept including MPS/MRP, production planning, and delivery scheduling, etc.
• Identify and establish customer order fulfillment procedure from receiving customer order to releasing production order to creating delivery note to closing shipment of goods physically and systematically.
• Define and realize inbound and outbound logistics concept including import & export transaction, internal material replenishment, transportation, customs clearance, etc.
• Is responsible of establishing start-of-art inventory mode including ABC principle, ordering policy, flexibility concept, inventory calculation, and inventory monitoring indicators, etc.
• Maintain ERP parameters; create BOMs for a variety of products and handling ECR process in manual way and system way to ensure ERP data precisely.
• Generate MRP and place purchasing order for buy material and parts and place production order for make material and parts to ensure material availability for production.
• Manage warehouse to ensure parts and goods in order, safety, and accuracy of inventory.
• Fulfill KPIs for planning and logistics and improve continuously to enforce competitive performance
• To be the interface and coordinator with customer, production, and other functions for order, planning, and logistics.
• Fully comply with quality system, standards, and EHS in own dept.
• To be the coach and mentor to develop planning and logistic related employees’ ability and build up teamwork to improve their performance.
• To be the process author of production planning and logistics.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above of major in industrial management, logistics, supply chain, etc.
• CPSM,CPIM, or CSCP certificate is plus
• Chinese native preferred, but good command of English mandatory

Knowledge and Experience:

• Above 5 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge and experience in order generation and handling, material requirement planning, production scheduling, inbound & outbound logistics, and warehouse management
• Knowledge of ERP system. Infor ERP experience is plus.
• Knowledge of Lean production and Kanban system
• Knowledge of statistical tools of forecasting,
  planning, and logistics improvements
• Knowledge of import and export
• Knowledge of result-oriented process approach
• Knowledge of business, finance and management principles
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
• Solid computer skills
