Responsibilities & Main Tasks:

• 建立并持续改进生产概念和模式。To establish, and improve continuously production concept and mode according company strategic decision, product portfolio, etc.
• 负责新产品导入中生产功能的建立。Be in charging of CFT production in New Product Introduction.
• 建立并优化生产线布局、工艺流程及设施，持续增强生产过程中的增值步骤，降低生产成本，实施柔性精益生产系统。Is responsible of realizing, and optimizing lean production layout, process and facility to extend value-added activities on production and reduce production cost to realize flexible lean production system.
• 编制标准作业程序和作业指导书，设计或购买生产工艺过程中的工装夹具，培训员工掌握相关技能，确保生产过程的稳定性、可靠性和重复性。Make standard operation procedure and work instruction, design or outsource fixture and tools, coach and certify operator to ensure stability, reliability, and repeatability of production process.
• 维护ERP系统数据，创建相关产品的工艺路径、处理ECR流程中的工艺问题，确保ERP系统数据的准确性。Maintain ERP parameters; create routings for a variety of products and handling ECR process in manual or system way to ensure ERP data precisely.
• 制作或购买生产设施，主导TPM在生产线的实施，确保生产设施的高效运行。Design or outsource production facility and implement TPM on production to ensue high efficiency of production facilities.

Education and Qualification:

• 工业工程、机械工程、焊接工程或者电气等相关专业，本科以上学历 Bachelor’s degree or above of major in relevant Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Welding engineering, or Electronics, etc.
• 焊接工程师证书优先 Welding Engineer Certificate is plus
• 能熟练运用中文和英文Chinese native preferred, but good command of English mandatory

Knowledge and Experience:

• 5年以上相关工作经验Above 3 years of relevant working experience.
• 焊接，特别是铜钎焊基础和经验 Knowledge and experience in welding process, especially for brazing process
• 新产品导入知识和经验。熟悉生产概念和流程建立、创建作业指导书，过程验证和确认等过程。Knowledge and experience in New Production Introduction. Experience of establishing production concept and scheme, work instruction, process verification and validation, etc.
• 有工业工程改善等相关知识和经验 Knowledge and experience in Industrial Engineering.
• 精益生产、价值流分析以及改善相关知识 Knowledge of Lean production, VSM, and Kaizen philosophy
• 设计或采购生产设施、工装夹具相关知识和经验 Knowledge and experience of designing or procuring production facility, fixture, production equipment and tools
• 批量生产工艺改进经验 Experience in series production process optimization
• 熟悉 ERP系统,有Infor ERP使用经验尤佳 Knowledge of ERP system, Infor ERP experience is plus
• 结果导向流程分析知识 Knowledge of result-oriented process approach
• 熟练运用Solidworks, AutoCAD, MS office等计算机技能 Solid computer skills including CAD and Microsoft office
